ID Requirement

All clients must present a valid ID before their appointment. If a client cannot provide ID, we won’t be able to proceed with the service.

Credit Card Requirement

To ensure transaction security and validity, you must present the same credit card used to pay for the appointment at check-in. This quick verification is done upon arrival and applies to all clients, whether new or returning.

Profile Photo at Check-In

Upon arrival, a quick, confidential photo will be taken to complete your profile in our system. This step is only to confirm your identity and ensure professional, secure follow-up for your appointments.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Full payment for the service is required before booking.

Any cancellation made at least 24 hours before the appointment will be fully refunded. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Changes (date or time) are also non-refundable since our therapists’ time is already reserved for you, which prevents other clients from booking that time slot.

Late Arrival Policy

A maximum delay of 15 minutes is allowed to respect staff and other clients’ schedules. After this time, we can’t guarantee your full service within the remaining time, so your appointment will be canceled. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment.

Therapist Assignment – First Visit

To optimize your experience during a first appointment, we may adjust the therapist assignment based on availability, the style best suited to you, or the day’s schedule. This helps ensure a smooth experience, especially if minor issues come up during the day.

After this first visit, you may choose your preferred therapist, and that choice will always be respected. If you were referred to a specific therapist and want to keep that choice for your first visit, simply let us know in advance.

Micropigmentation Touch-Up Policy

One touch-up is included in the service price. This touch-up must be done within 8 weeks of the first appointment. After that, additional fees apply for any touch-up.
