Massage therapy for your employees: how does a corporate program work in Griffintown?
Looking for a simple way to offer wellness to your team without managing any logistics? A corporate massage therapy program at Centre Thérapeutique Griffintown lets your employees come to the clinic, steps from the offices of downtown, Griffintown and Old Montreal, at a negotiated corporate rate. Here is how it works, what it costs and what your employees get out of it.
What is a corporate massage therapy program?
It is an agreement between your company and our clinic: your employees get access to our certified massage therapists at a preferred rate, by appointment, at the times that suit them. Everything happens at the clinic, 1195 rue Wellington, Suite 203. You have nothing to organize: no room to book, no schedule to coordinate, no equipment to set up. Each employee books online and shows up for their appointment.
This model works for teams of 10 to 200+ people: downtown firms, Griffintown tech companies, professional offices, clinics, hybrid teams that come to the office a few days a week.
How does it work in practice?
1. We set up an agreement
You contact us, we discuss your team size and expected volume, and we set a corporate discount. No imposed minimum volume: the discount is proportional to what you expect.
2. Your employees book themselves
Each employee books online through Fresha with your company's dedicated code or link, or by phone at (438) 380-3711. Appointments are available 7 days a week, evenings until 10 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 pm Friday to Sunday: easy to fit before or after work, or at lunch.
3. Everyone picks their massage
Therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, relaxation, hot stone, lymphatic drainage, prenatal: 60, 90 or 120 minutes. The therapist adjusts technique and pressure to the person (neck and shoulder pain, lower back, stress, athletic recovery).
4. Insurance receipt
After each session, an official massage therapy receipt is issued on request. Our therapists are members of associations recognized by insurers: most group insurance plans in Quebec reimburse part or all of the amount, which further reduces the real cost for your employees.
How much does it cost?
Our regular rate is $120 + tax for 60 minutes, $180 for 90 minutes and $240 for 120 minutes. The corporate discount is set by agreement based on team size and expected volume. Two possible formulas:
Employees pay themselves at the corporate rate and submit the receipt to their group insurance. Zero cost for the employer.
The employer offers sessions (gift cards or credits) as recognition, at the holidays, after a big project, or as a recurring perk.
Gift cards are sold at the front desk and can be purchased in bulk.
Do you come to our office?
No. We do not offer on-site chair massage. All treatments take place at the clinic, in private rooms, on a table, with the time and equipment needed for a real therapeutic massage. That is the difference between a 15-minute relaxation break and a treatment that actually resolves neck or lower-back tension. For companies downtown, in Griffintown, Old Montreal or Pointe-Saint-Charles, the clinic is within walking distance or 7 minutes from Bonaventure metro.
Why offer massage therapy to your employees?
Less desk-related pain
Neck, shoulders, upper back, wrists: office tension is the number one reason people come to see us. Regular therapeutic massage reduces pain, improves mobility and lowers absences related to musculoskeletal issues.
Less stress, more focus
Massage lowers nervous tension and improves sleep. Rested employees are more focused and more present.
A concrete, appreciated benefit
Unlike many abstract perks, a massage is felt right away. It is a simple gesture of recognition that people talk about, and it helps keep good people.
Controlled cost
No fixed fees, no subscription, no minimum. You only pay for what you choose to offer, and your employees enjoy the corporate rate for the rest.
What about aesthetic treatments?
The same corporate rate can apply to our aesthetic services: Korean glass skin facial, microneedling, lash lift, brow lamination, spray tan. Handy for a mixed team or for an event (launch, gala, office party).
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum number of employees?
No. The discount is set by agreement based on team size and expected volume. A team of 10 can have an agreement, just like a company of 200.
Is it covered by our group insurance?
In most cases, yes. Our massage therapists are members of associations recognized by insurers and an official receipt is issued after each session. The amount covered depends on your plan.
How do my employees book?
Online through Fresha with your company code, or by phone. Everyone picks their therapist, massage and time. Payment is taken at booking.
Can several employees book at the same time?
Yes. Depending on the number of therapists on shift, we can welcome several people at once. For a group (e.g. 6 to 10 people on a Friday afternoon), contact us and we block the slots.
Do you do chair massage in offices?
No. All treatments take place at the clinic, on a table, in private rooms.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations 24 hours or more before the appointment are fully refunded. Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the session being cancelled.
Where are you located?
1195 rue Wellington, Suite 203, in Griffintown. Bonaventure metro is a 7-minute walk, paid public parking 2 minutes away on rue Young. Open 7 days a week, evenings included.
